I was referred to Given Flooring by a close friend who was thrilled with the vinyl flooring Josh & his crew installed in her home. After researching Laminate flooring with other businesses, I decided to try Given Flooring. Josh reviewed my desire to replace old carpeting in my office and hallway with, at first laminate, then deciding instead to go with vinyl as my friend had selected. From start to finish of this project, Josh and I spoke several times until I made my decision. I am so glad I followed my friend’s recommendations to go with Given. The vinyl flooring he and his crew (Elijah) installed is beautiful and has received several compliments. Josh was very pleasant to speak with and very flexible in my requests to reschedule the project. He & his crew were so meticulous in their work, carefully moving my office furniture out of the way to remove carpeting and tack boards without any damage. They were very respectful of my property. Some necessary leveling of the concrete flooring was handled to perfection. Installation was a snap and fascinating to watch. Elijah is a true Installation artist, carefully cutting/trimming the vinyl boards to fit perfectly under door jambs, corners and doorways. I love my new vinyl flooring and glad I went with the color my friend and Josh recommended. Thank you Given Flooring for your exceptional work.

I received several quotes before deciding who to hire, and while their price was very reasonable, that wasn’t the only reason I chose them. From the very beginning, Josh promised me my floors would be perfect, and he absolutely stayed true to his word. My new vinyl floors are BEAUTIFUL and truly flawless.

What started as a straightforward laminate removal and flooring install in my downstairs townhome quickly turned into a much bigger project after we discovered an unknown water leak inside my wall. Most companies would have walked away from the extra issues or made the process stressful, but Josh and Elijah handled every single hiccup with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Josh even cut open my wall himself so the plumber could access the leak and keep everything moving forward. That level of help and willingness to go above and beyond is something you just do not see anymore.

I also tend to ask a lot of questions and take my time making decisions during major home projects, and Josh was incredibly patient through the entire process. He explained everything thoroughly, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident with every decision along the way. That level of communication and care made such a difference.

On top of all of that, they carefully moved all of my furniture while working in a very tight space. They leveled my floors perfectly, every trim cut was precise, and the attention to detail throughout the entire install was incredible.

After the install, I noticed an issue and Josh came right back without hesitation and made sure everything was corrected until I was 100% happy. That says everything about the kind of company they are.

It is SOO hard these days to find people who actually do what they say they are going to do, show up on time, stay professional, work hard, and genuinely care about the final result. Josh & Elijah did all of that and more. They do the things ordinary flooring companies simply will not do, and that is exactly why Given Flooring stands out from the rest.

Five stars! If I could more I would, I Had the pleasure of Josh and Elyjah installing my new vinyl plank flooring which was a little over 1800 SQFT. They were great at communicating to me everything that was going on and It did not feel rushed at all. They made everything such an easy process, and were very efficient the whole job and working around my needs. I cannot rave about them enough! They beat every single quote I had by a LONG SHOT. Moved furniture, removed and disposed of old flooring and installed. Cleaned up spotless. Extremely friendly, great guys, super communicative during the whole process. Their work is meticulous, they plan and execute every angle and cut. My floors were a wreck before and now they make the rooms look brand new. I was so impressed I strongly recommended them to family members before they even left. Didn't rush, took their time, definitely stand behind their work. I wouldn't think twice to use them again for any flooring projects that may come up. USE THEM USE THEM USE THEM!!!! Given Flooring LLC is amazing.When I called them and explained to them that I was in need of a floor removal service , Josh the owner put me on his schedule the very next day. Josh and his crew arrived early the next morning and got the floor removed and prepped all in one day! I could not believe how fast and efficient these guys truly are. I am currently waiting on my laminate floors to come in and when they arrive Josh will come back and install the floor for me and my wife. I would recommend Given Flooring to anyone looking for a Floor Removal service.
